Sprout

Hi,

I'm sprout, just a little green right now with two leaves at

 my top. I'm gonna grow up fast you know. I'll be growing 

so fast even you won't believe it. I know, I know 

I can grow right up to the sky. 

Now I'm standing in the sun reaching as high as I can. 

I love the sun, it is so warm and makes me feel so good, 

just like the day I was born. That was just a couple of days 

ago, you know. Can you believe it??? I use to be a seed 

just laying in the dirt. I couldn't even move, just imagine 

how I felt. I was in dirt, it was dark and I was all alone, 

(I thought) all at once I was all wet and about to 

shiver when a warm loving feeling came over me. 

The SUN was shining. I could feel it. I got all excited, 

I felt like I was about to explode. I knew I wanted 

to stretch out and reach up to this wonderful warm light. 

I was so happy, so excited inside, all at once 

I had the energy to push up and out of the dirt. 

I popped up and here I am, I'm so proud to be green. 

I was touched that day by SPIRIT and beautiful 

faeries came to help me grow. and make my pretty 

flowers that smell so good.

We have a lot of lessons to learn while we grow up 

together. Did you know that??? We learn about the 

wind and the rain, the sun light and the air. We learn 

about day and night. the moon and stars, bugs, 

butterflies, bees, birds and much much more...

So so many more. I just don't have the time to tell 

them all to you but I know you get the idea. 

Every time my life gets harder I learn all I can, 

to grow bigger and better. When you cut my stem 

to take a flower I will grow two flowers for that 

one and if you cut my top I will grow fat, if you 

cut my sides I will grow tall. That is just the way I am 

and that's the way all plants are.

 It makes us feel so good inside when you admire us.

 We are so proud to make flowers for you. All of us 

have feelings like you. We are alive just like you. 

Talk to us when you pick our flowers. Tell us how 

you plan to enjoy our flowers, are you gonna wear them 

or pretty up your house with them??? We are 

honored to share our flowers, at least remember to 

thank us for growing up for your pleasure, after all, 

you wouldn't like it if people were taking your stuff 

without asking or even saying thank you. We love it 

when you talk, sing and laugh with us, and listen 

you just may hear us too. Take time to look, 

for the spirit is everywhere.

When I have learned everything I came to learn, 

my flowers will drop seeds to the dirt so more sprouts

 can grow and learn the lessons of life like I am now. 

When my spirit grows so strong and I learn so much, 

I will float up and out of my plant, it will dry up and 

nourish the soil. My spirit will be free again. I can 

come back and be another plant for awhile again, 

that way I can experience more and more on this 

beautiful Mother Earth.
